Thanks for replying! I tried all 4 different browsers with the same result. Gameroom opens but when I click on any game to play I am still getting the Black/blank screen.

I did notice that Windows Update showed that an install had failed on8/8/2019 which is the same day this started. I have redone the windows update that failed and right after completing some other win updates showed up. I will wait to see if the updates fix the issue OR if I may have to take my laptop back to an earlier time/undothe updates. I will inform you of my progress.:).

You sure have helped a lot & I appreciate you! I tried all the things that you suggested & I was able to get Facebook Gameroom to work for 1 game but not the one I really need! I play Pirates of the Caribbean TOW and I seriously need to log inand shield my fort before I am attacked! Lol You may not know the game but I am getting very close to being a real loser LOL I sent in a ticket for help but they are super slow at responding as you may well know. Sadly I am not sure what to do from here.

Hello & thanks so much for sticking with me on all of this! I received a reply from a support ticket from the game. They said it is not their fault but the fault of Facebook. They gave me instructions and requirements to repair the broken link. It is a waitinggame now for them to fix the issue. It is so difficult to believe that they would allow so many days to go by without repairing Gameroom issues! (losing dollars!!)I assume I will have my game restored being I was able to provide them with all the info required.
